1. General By registering and bidding on PATrainAuction.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All sales are subject to these terms unless otherwise stated in the auction listing.

 

2. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to register and participate in our auctions.

 

3. Auction Rules

• Auctions open every Sunday at 9:00 AM and close the following Saturday at 5:00 PM EST.

• Bidding increments are determined automatically.

• Maximum bid functionality allows the system to bid on your behalf up to your limit.

 

4. Payment

• Payments are due immediately after the auction closes.

• Payment is processed automatically via credit card unless prior arrangements are made.

• Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or changed to another method.

 

5. Shipping & Pickup

• Items are shipped from Lancaster, PA, unless otherwise noted.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size, and location.

• Local pickup is available during posted store hours.

• Multiple lots from the same auction may be combined for shipping when possible.

 

6. Item Condition

• Items are sold as-is, unless the listing specifies tested condition.

• New items are still in original packaging.

 

7. Returns & Claims

• All sales are final.

• Claims for damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

8. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

 

9. Modifications PATrainAuction.com reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
